Individual Pre-Production Work - Sound & Equipment

  Sounds & Equipment

     EQUIPMENT-
For filming our thriller opening, we didnt need to much equipment just the basic essentails. For pan shots we used the tripod and for personal point of view shots we did some hand held work to get the effect of  it was that person POV.

      Equipment needed:
               - Camera
               - Tripod - to prevent camera shake.
               -  Dolly (MAYBE) - to do moving shots and also to do more sophisticated shots with the camera.

      SOUND -
For our sound in our thriller opening, we need to have a few more group descussion on what we are going to have. As we have had mixed views in our group on what we should have. As some suggested we have fast pasted music, while other think it should be slower etc.

(Will see what happends and Hope to post more later)

After a Few more discussions, here are some peices of music and sound that have finaled down to include in our Thriller opening.

Individual Pre-Production Work - Doing pie charts for Survey Results

After Joe and Shannon putting together the questionnaires and getting people to fill them in and give them back. I then gather all the results together aand typed them up on a word document showing the results. To make it easier to view the results i done a pie chart for each question showing the percentage answers.

Individual Pre-Production Work - Location, Location, Location

For the opening of our thriller film, we wanted a location which was in the middle of nowhere, which is desolate and somewhere, any things can happen.

I have taken the following pictures and briefly annotated them as part of my research for finding a potential location to film.
Here is some pictures i took of places that are quite and it in a desolate area.
